Incoming quality control

All metal products entering the enterprise are subjected, at all times, to incoming control that includes:

  • check of accompanying documentation confirming the quality (certificate, data sheet);
  • check of marking, packing and wrapping materials;
  • visual control;
  • check of dimensions;
  • check of material grade (chemical composition), mechanical properties, structure.

For checking the mechanical properties, the metal product samples are tested at the testing laboratory “TESTOL”, which is a structural unit of LLC “Olbreezservice”.

Production facilities

Our company manufactures more than 400.000 ball valves with rated diameter from DN15 to DN400 per year.

In addition to the valves, the plant manufactures solid fuel boilers with capacity from 16 to 250 kW designed for centralized heating of buildings equipped with natural or forced circulation water heating systems.

Plane (GOST 12820) and welded neck (GOST 12821) flanges designed for connection of pipes of process pipelines with operating media temperature from minus 30 to plus 300 ˚С are manufactured by using hot forging method with subsequent machining.

Annual production of flanges of all typical sizes ranges from 500.000 to 800.000 pieces that is conditioned by demand for them.

The enterprise also manufactures pipeline parts, such as 2D and 3D steel bends and concentric reducers. Rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene sealed steel butterfly valves line is set up. As well, the high-pressure hoses (HPH) for hydraulic machines are manufactured.

Complete production cycle

Complete cycle of production of all valve elements is organized at the enterprise: From shutoff ball and stem to flanges, polytetrafluoroethylene seals and disk springs manufactured at the same enterprise that enables effective control of the product quality. West European experts and consultants were engaged in development of process flows and production setup.

Skilled personnel

Skilled engineers team works at each product before production launch.

As of today, more than 500 persons working at three mechanical plants are engaged at the enterprise that represents the production facilities of Olbreezservice.

Each shop operates in accordance with modern European quality control system, which complies with ISO 9001:2015.

Test laboratory “Testol” accredited according to DSTU ISO/IEC 17025 and training center for training and instructing the personnel in trades are one of the structural units.

Quality control

Released products quality control is carried out by the Quality Control Department. This department performs detailed checkout of all product components during their manufacture and storage and carries out the control of finished products.

Each product is subjected to strength and leak tests in accordance with current state normative documents.

Testing procedures, pressure exposure time and pressure tests comply with GOST 21345 and Attachment A of EN 12266-1.
